Classic Nachos review by Mberens300
The nachos at Eli Cannons are in my opinion the best in central Connecticut. We also got the bourbon wings and they were great as well. The atmosphere out in the backyard outside dining area is friendly for people of all ages. Most importantly the beer is always cold! We will be back!
Spicy Caesar Salad review by Baerabby2
As a connoisseur of the Caesar Salad, there isn't a restaurant I haven't tried their take on the crisps salad, with grated parmesan, and the tangy anchovy dressing. Eli's unique take with CHIPOTLE caesar dressing is too good to pass up whether it's your starter or your main, you won't be disappointed. The additional ingredients of corn, avocado, black beans, with their homemade croutons, are a combination not even Moe's or Qdoba could cook up into their bowls' routine with such perfection. As for the blacken chicken, I am a vegetarian so I can't speak on the meat, but I'm sure any protein added to the salad is just the final piece to have a taste bud explosion. If Dave Portnoy cared for salads as much as he did pizza, I'm sure he would rate this atleast 4.5/5.
Cobb Salad
Started with pulled pork nachos that were well coated and distributed for max flavor with each bite! The Cob salad was delish with super fresh veggies! It was so good and large enough for leftovers for lunch the next day! We haven't been in a couple years but we'll be back!!

I recently dined at Eli Cannons and had an incredible experience! The Rodeo Burger really exceeded my expectations. Eli Cannons is definitely a go-to spot for great food and a great dining experience. Especially in the summer.

The bacon burger at Eli Cannon's was excellent! The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the crispy bacon was the perfect addition. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked just right. Great burger, great atmosphere, and definitely something I'd order again. Highly recommend if you're stopping by Eli Cannon's in Middletown!

Black Bean Burger
I was going to say "the fried PBJ" which is the most awesome dessert (masquerading as a kids sandwich) and perfectly accompanied by a dark barrel aged beer... But it's fallen off the menu :-( so sad. Enjoying my second favorite thing here, the house made black bean burger with, of course, garlic Parm fries. It's cold enough tonight I may have to add a bowl of creamy Italian chowda to warm my hands around mmmmm.
